I am so excited because its my daughters first Halloween next month..She will be 8 months old and I can’t wait to dress her up.
I have been racking my brain for costume ideas.

My daughter is only 6 months old but I would still like to dress her up for Halloween. I would really like to make her costume because I am having a hard time finding inexpensive ones that are warm enough to wear. Most of the ones I have found would be great if Halloween was in the summer but unfortunantly its not.

Planning a Halloween themed baby shower for my sister and need some EXCITING game and food ideas. I’m not looking for fluffy pumpkin fun… some actual games that are fun and not boring or traditional. Dark is okay… need some ideas soon.

I saw a really cute idea in I think it was Better Homes and Gardens mag.

Fill up latex gloves with candies (jelly beans, candy corn, skittles, etc.). Tie them with long pieces of yarn or ribbon. hang a bucket or two of candy on the wall and hang the “hands” from the wall, too, to look like they are ready to reach into the buckets.

I made a modified version: Stuck the “hand” in the bucket to look like it was reaching out of the candy.

Have everyone guess how many pieces of candy are in the bucket. (You could include what’s in the “hand”)

I would bring at least two. While you are still in the hospital they provide the clothing. So pick out the cutest thing you can possibly imagine, and then a backup. Because babies have a habit of messing their clothes up!

My son is 11 months old and I am looking for a really awesome, good quality, unique, halloween custume for him. I dont want cartoon characters, or something like the normal spiderman….Something unique that the ordinary family cant just go pick up from the mall. Price does not matter. Any ideas on good places to check out, or good websites? I am even willing to make one myself, but need ideas and/or directions on how to do it. Thank you!!

I was told to bring that to a modeling job that my 8-month old booked for this week. What exactly is that? Just a plain onesie? A one-piece baby outfit (long-sleeves and pants)? How plain does it have to be? Would a logo on the chest be OK? Or a single stripe?

This is his first “job”, so I am really confused! What should I have him wear?

Sounds like a onesie. And “solid” means solid. No logos, no stripes, no stains – just a plain, solid colour.

hey, hm…i’m volunteering in a day care too and we’re getting ready for halloween as well….the ECE aren’t doing anything over board, we have posters of pumkins around the rooms and pictures of leaves hanging from the ceiling…i cut out like thirty spiders today out of construction paper and we’re going to make webs out of cotton and have that around the corners of the room…so those are just some ideas, i wouldn’t go overboard, they’re still infants after all, i’m working with toddlers…anyway, it shouldn’t be scary, just festive
